Care and use instructions are included with delivery, but if you have any issues please contact me and I'll do my best to help. 

Delivery

Some out-of-season polymer clay cutters are made to order, and as a result it will take 24-48 hours for us to print and get them ready to send. However, where stock is available cutters are sent out the next day via royal mail.

We endevour to process your order as soon as possible, but during busy periods it might take a little longer. We will always contact you ASAP if this is the case.
