Our clay cutters are made from a sustainable type of plastic. This material is plant based, but will last a long time if your polymer clay cutters are looked after properly, following the care guide provided in your order.

Yes I can! Custom polymer clay cutter designs take time to create and include 2 rounds of amendments so are charged at a slightly higher rate than stock cutters. Drop me a message if you have an idea!

In short, yes! You may need to make adjustments to the depth of your clay, or request a design tweak from me to make a cutter taller if using very thick clay. Fabled cutters have been used on polymer clay, silver clay, ceramic clay and pottery clay by customers with great success!

All cutters need to be cleaned in tepid (not hot!!) slightly soapy water. You can use a toothbrush, spoolie or stiff bristled paintbrush to remove clay particles from within intricate details. Make sure cutters are dried thoroughly before storing them and if you can, keep a few silica gel packets in with them for ultimate cutter care. Most people have a few lying around somewhere 😉

Some clay cutters are made to order, this means your order will be produced within a maximum of 2 days from order placed. Your cutters will then be shipped using the method of your choice. Please allow a total of 5 business days for your order to arrive.

Yes, and no. 

The good news is we frequently ship to the USA and Canada. If your country isn't on the list when you come to check out, please get in touch! 

The bad news...at present, we can't ship to Northern Ireland, the EU, or any EEA countries due to GPSR legislation. We'll let you all know when this changes.
