Our clay cutters are made from a sustainable, rigid material called polylactic acid, or PLA for short. This material is plant based, but will last many years if polymer clay cutters are looked after properly, following the care guide provided in your order.

Yes we can! Custom polymer clay cutter designs take time to create so are charged at a higher rate than stock cutters. Get in touch to discuss your needs. 

In short, yes! You may need to make adjustments to the depth of your clay, or use anti-stick powders if the clay is a softer, or stickier variety. If the clay can be cut with a knife, it can be cut with cutter. 

All cutters need to be cleaned in warm (not hot!!) soapy water. You can use a toothbrush or stiff bristled paintbrush to remove clay particles from within intricate details. Make sure cutters are dried thoroughly before storing them. 

We offer returns for damaged or faulty items only. We cannot accept returns for usable items for hygeine reasons unfortunatley. 

Some clay cutters are made to order, this means your order will be produced within a maximum of 2 days from order placed. Your cutters will then be shipped using the method of your choice. Please allow a total of 5 business days for your order to arrive.
