What you’ll receive:

A set of 2 bookshelf cutters in the same size as selected in options, one matching set of shelf ornament cutters. Total of 4 separate cutters.

Cutter sizes available - measurements taken from the longest side:

• 4.5 cm / 45 mm
• 4 cm / 40 mm
• 3.5 cm / 35 mm

All cutters in this listing are 15 mm high for comfortable use and easy storage. Larger sizes suit big earrings, key rings, pendants and other statement accessories as well as cookie or fondant decorations.

All cutters have their size printed on them in millimeters. No more guessing or getting the ruler out!

These polymer clay bookcase cutters are available in a sharp edged style, and have been thoroughly tested on sculpey and fimo clay brands conditioned using an Atlas 150 roller. Test pieces are rolled out using settings 2 & 3 to check the line depth.

Difficulty level: 2 - Experience advised. Micro cutters should be used with either cornflour or clingfilm to prevent sticking inside of the smaller details.

Some cutters have a habit of sticking to the clay - or vice versa. Please follow one of the below methods if you're having trouble.

1. Dip cutters in soapy water before cutting (make sure to dry both the cutter and clay afterward)
2. Dip the cutter in cornflour, this will leave a slight dusting on the piece but is easily swept away with a soft brush
3. Use a layer of cling film on top of your clay. This will leave a slight domed effect.

Why choose PLA cutters? Made from biodegradable material, there is minimal impact on the environment. Unlike metal cutters, these wont bend out of shape or tarnish. Please do treat them with care though, like most things, they can still be broken if handled roughly over a period of time. Please clean after every use to avoid build-up.
